The Developing Physical Literacy in Recreation Programs workshop aims to build on your own experiences to understanding physical literacy and how your experience can also develop you into an effective leader for quality programs.

Physical Literacy Movement Preparation is an enhanced training program performed as a warm up before practices and games to enhance performance and durability.
The program requires participants to complete two separate eLearning courses (45-75 min each) in advance of a 90min in-person workshop.
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to integrate concepts from the previous three courses to create a physical literacy enriched environment for program participants. Upon completion of the workshop, and with proof of completing the pre-requisites, participants will be provided with an activation key to take the final summative assessment to complete the Physical Literacy Instructor Program.
